Company Introduction

Ariana Petro Tavan was founded in 2005 through the collective efforts of a group of seasoned managers from the oil, gas, petrochemical, and steel industries, and with the gracious support of the Almighty. Relying on its team of highly skilled and experienced engineers, the company rapidly grew into a multi-functional organization specializing in the supply, installation, and commissioning of industrial units and related equipment—ultimately establishing a strong and reputable presence in Iran’s industrial landscape.

The company’s headquarters is located in the Mirdamad district of Tehran, occupying a 450 m² three-story office space. A registered capital of 100 billion IRR provides a solid foundation for the company’s current operations and future development plans.

A major milestone in the company’s history was the successful execution of the EPC project for the spool fabrication plant in South Pars Phases 20 and 21, with a daily capacity of 4,000 diameter-inches—recognized at the time as the largest spool-making facility in the Middle East. This achievement stands as clear evidence of the company’s technical and managerial capabilities.

Over the past two decades, Ariana Petro Tavan has continued to strengthen its track record through effective participation in landmark national projects, including Arvand, Maroon, Shiraz Urea & Ammonia, Arak Petrochemicals, Bardsir steel, Yazd Steel, Khazar Steel, South Rouhina Steel Complexes, Iranian Oil Pipeline & Telecommunications, Iranian Gas Transmission, Esfahan Oil Refinery, Tabriz Urban Railway, and major water and wastewater development Companies across the country.

In addition to its prominent role in major industrial projects, and in alignment with Article 44 of the Constitution and the nation’s long-term development vision, the company entered the power generation sector in 2011. Its first investment was the construction of a 13.6-MW gas power plant in Mazandaran Province, which remains in operation today.

In response to the growing imbalance in the national electricity sector, Ariana Petro Tavan has since expanded its activities into clean energy technologies. The company is currently developing two 50MW solar power plants on 150 hectare site in Semnan Province. These plants are scheduled to be connected to the national grid by the peak demand period of 2027.
